As a lifelong Geelong Bank member, l never even considered going through another bank for my Homebuilders loan.

Long before we were even in a position to build our home, Dino was offering us advice that put us in a position to actually do so. Once we were ready, Dino went out of his way to understand our situation, giving us a truly personal experience. As newcomers to the home loan process, Dino guided us along the way, and we trusted Dino from start to finish. Thanks Dino and Geelong Bank!

May I say that we were suitably impressed when we transferred funds to our other financial institutions account and the funds were available in our account straight away. Our other financial institution advised us that external transfers could take 1 – 2 working days to be processed. There is no reason that other banks could not do the same, but they do not, in general. That is definitely a gold star for Geelong Bank - along with the user friendly site and helpful staff like Jo.

I have been a member of Geelong Bank for more than 25 years and thank all the staff over the years for, what I feel, has always gone above and beyond anything I expected. They made it possible for me to purchase my home, without them on my side I would still be renting. It has always felt like they were not just a bank but friends. I cannot recommend Geelong Bank highly enough, in particular Dino Choong! Dino is professional and efficient. He has gone out of his way to work around my work hours. If you can't get to him, he'll come to you. He's always happy to discuss anything banking via the phone. He really has a 'make it happen' attitude!

I would like to say a massive thank you to Geelong Bank for their wonderful service and dedicated staff. After applying for a personal loan from my bank whom I had been a loyal customer for 27 yrs and also a financial loan company, I was left disappointed upset and frustrated. I decided to give Geelong Bank a call and I'm so glad I did. Dino is so helpful and friendly, the application was done quickly. It was great to do the loan face to face. I was made to feel comfortable and valued. All the staff at Geelong Bank are so nice, they are welcoming and eager to help, they made it all stress free, plus I was bowled over by how low the percentage rate was, I couldn't be happier it was more than i hoped for. Thanks Dino and Geelong Bank.

I would like to write a review for the Geelong Bank Staff and in particular Dino Choong, Dino eagerly listened to our needs being home loan and Geelong Bank investors, his pragmatic style resulted in a wonderful constructive outcome in us achieving our home here in Geelong. His passionate approach built a foundation that we found had good analytical skills, high level of aspiration, went to the heart of the matter, and results orientated leader. Dino also explored options and alternatives that we had failed to review, and was honest and direct with his feelings allowing us to share the responsibilities as a team. Have banked with Geelong Bank for a long time now and have bought a few properties with their assistance. Always a pleasure and always accommodating. Loan consultant wanting the best for myself and my family. Customer service is always spot on. Small bank that gives you that one on one attention that you need when it comes to your money. I have just completed the purchase of an investment property with the valued assistance of Geelong Bank Loans Department. From previous experience with other financial institutions, arranging mortgage finance can be very stressful and frustrating.

While the purchase of this property had some testing times, the last thing I had to worry about, which is probably the most import, was finance. From the time of my offer to the Real Estate Agent to settlement was approximately seven weeks.

I am particularly impressed that even in this relatively short time frame a significant financial transaction can be completed with so little fuss. The service I received from Geelong Bank Loans Dept has been first class.
