We are excited to launch the new Geelong Bank App on Monday, 25 March 2024! It’s packed full of features you’ll love:

  • Simple and secure login options. Choose from a password, PIN, pattern, fingerprint (Android), FaceID and TouchID (iOS).
  • Flexible card management allows you to replace your damaged, lost or stolen VISA Debit Card in the app. You can also lock your card for improved safety.
  • Payments made easier – transfer money, set up ongoing payments and manage your payees.
  • Use Quick Balance to check your account balance easily without having to log into the app.
  • Improved design that allows you to personalise your app by rearranging your accounts to manage your money with ease.

If you already have the current Geelong Bank app, you don’t have to do anything. The app will automatically update on Monday, 25 March 2024.

Using the Geelong Bank App for the first time?

Download the Geelong Bank App from the App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android. You'll need your Member number and Internet Banking password to register.

How do I register?

Open the Geelong Bank App and tap 'Login', 'Let's get started' and follow 3 simple steps:

  1. Enter your Member number and Internet Banking password.
  2. Select your preferred login option.
  3. Read and accept the T&Cs and you're all done!
